OPERATIONAL FAQ // READ BEFORE DEPLOYMENT
DO I NEED A RACING LICENSE?
Negative. Our curriculum is designed to take civilians to operative status. A valid state driver's license is the only requirement for entry.
IS VEHICLE INSURANCE INCLUDED?
Affirmative. All tiers (Recruit, Operative, Commander) include full comprehensive coverage for fleet vehicles on the track.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
We operate in all conditions. Rain training is considered a "High Value" skill set. Operations are only suspended for lightning or hurricane-force winds.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ASSET?
Personal vehicles are restricted to "Commander" tier clients only, and must pass a tech inspection by our pit crew prior to gate entry.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE?
Participants must be 18+ years of age. 16-17 year olds may deploy with a signed parental waiver and a valid learner's permit.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Mission aborts must be signaled 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations result in a credit for future deployment dates.
